Growing up, my father was a big baseball fan and so was his father, my grandpa. Both Dad and Grandpa grew up watching the Detroit Tigers and following their seasons devotedly from beginning to end. My Grandpa liked to bet, and he absolutely loved betting on his great team, the almighty Detroit Tigers. When my dad grew up into a man, my grandpa taught him how to bet on the baseball games. They would bet in different ways (though no deposit free bookmakers bets), and their eyes were glued onto the TV during the whole game to see if they had one the big bucks.

As the only girl among my siblings (I have four older brothers), I have always tried to adapt to the "man's world." That meant that from an early age I loved baseball too. For the most part, though, it was only because the rest of my (male dominated) family loved it. Soon, though, after I got into college and was on my own, I started to realize that baseball had become a real passion of mine too. I actually turned out to be even more into following the Detroit Tigers than a few of my brothers. I always talk about baseball and how the Tigers are doing when we are together with my grandpa, who is now 83, and my father, who is 59.

Recently I have started betting on the games as well. It started with my boyfriend and his buddies in college. I really melded well with their group, because I was sort of like "one of the guys" in that I loved baseball (and especially the Tigers) as much as them. Although, I must say that my boyfriend prefers to bet on the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Bulls and the Chicago Bears. That is because he is originally from Chicago, but I am slowly turning him into a Detroit Tigers fan.

We love betting on our Tigers and then heading down to the stadium to watch the game, though therebetallsportsonline talk on the phone with my grandpa or my dad while we are there so that they can hear the crack of the ball on the bat and the roar of the stadium audience.
